Configuration Specialist – System Administration

Job Summary:

This role is designed to support system program leaders with system configurations and application support for global, web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for helping others succeed as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily system support to users of the EtQ Reliance application.
  • Troubleshoot system issues with users and collaborate to resolve them.
  • Perform various system administration tasks, including updating website information content, system data changes, etc.
  • Assist with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
  • Create and execute test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
  • Support software validation and change control activities.
  • Collaborate on the development of charts, graphs, and reports using Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Support the creation of training materials.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Passion for assisting others in achieving their goals, with a focus on teamwork.
  • Experience in system troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL experience required.
  • Prior experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint experience.
