Job Opportunity:

 

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a WFO Engineer.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, building, deploying and configuring WFO platforms in multiple environments including global data centers, private hosted cloud and on premise locations.
  • They will also consult with clients to extract business requirements and possess a strong command of WFO technologies, server components, desktop applications and telephony integrations.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to develop and review best practice implementation processes are required.
  • The ideal candidate will be self-directed and able to work independently to meet deadlines and participate in on-call rotation.
  • Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities include communicating status of implementation projects to stakeholders and providing technical support for WFO Implementation tasks.
  • Performing training for customers on WFO server maintenance and PC client loading, application upgrades on WFO servers and providing on-site and remote support for hardware and operating system problems.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Verint Work Force Optimization Certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years technical experience with Windows and Active Directory system administration is required.
  • Strong experience with WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU and Call Center practices is necessary.
  • 5 years of WFO software installation, configuration and administration, especially in a multi-tenant cloud environment is expected.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues within the above systems and consult on corrective measures is essential.
  • Experience in JAVA Enterprise and frameworks in addition to app servers like Tomcat, JBoss etc. is desired.
  • Experience with the latest version of MS SQL: database structure, administration, performance tuning and scripting is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and network topology is required.
  • Knowledge of Linux OS's and associated technologies is an added advantage.
