Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day physical security operations, implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the safety and security of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of crisis management and business continuity protocols, including emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Assist in the coordination of security logistics and risk assessments for international travel.
  • Provide guidance and support to 3rd party security teams with overnight, weekend and holiday coverage.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison, providing essential support during incident activation and response.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Indirect leadership experience.
  • Experience training/educating individuals on policy and procedure.
  • Knowledge of risk assessments, threat analysis, and emergency preparedness.
