You are a strategic thinker who thrives on technology advancements and process improvements. As a delivery lead, you will drive efficiency through continuous improvement efforts within our Distribution & Wholesale product group in support of our Business to Business (B2B) business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively participate in the Distribution & Wholesale product group adhering to Agile methodology.
  • Identify, analyze and document business processes and technical requirements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders during sprint planning sessions and project implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and provide end-user support for BAU issues.
  • Communicate regularly with business partners and team members in multiple time-zones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or comparable experience.
  • 3+ years of experience required.
  • Experience in Distribution and Wholesale sales required.
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and related integrations.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and data sets to support and troubleshoot system issues.
