Job Opportunity: Lead AI Innovation Specialist

We seek a strategic and client-facing professional to join our freelance network. This role entails leading the ideation and design of innovative Generative AI solutions, collaborating with clients to understand their business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with clients to translate needs into actionable solution concepts.
  • Define technical architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling for successful project execution.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Mentor cross-functional teams, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Contribute hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, provide clear progress updates, and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and taking ownership of AI-driven solution design, development, and deployment.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML/AI services such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.
Work Schedule:
  • 5 - 8 hours overlap with EST, according to client needs
  • Immediate or up to 1-2 weeks notice
