Technical Leadership Role

We seek an accomplished Technical Manager with a proven background in .NET to lead our development team.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage developers working on .NET technologies.
  • Oversee the entire software lifecycle, including architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework to solve complex challenges.
  • Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables while ensuring high performance and productivity within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of software experience with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical leadership/managerial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and application frameworks.
  • Experience with databases and integration with .NET applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and mentor developers.
