Quality Assurance or Configuration Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance or Configuration Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WMS Active functional experience and be able to configure and test software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, test, and maintain WMS Active software systems.
- Develop and execute test plans and cases to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues related to software configuration and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide expert-level support and training to colleagues and clients on WMS Active software configurations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of WMS Active functional experience.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
