Job Title: Integration Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Integration Solutions Specialist with a strong background in .NET and SQL to design, develop, and maintain system integrations.

The ideal candidate will ensure reliability, scalability, and performance while troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs in a timely manner. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Create integration solutions using .NET technologies and write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support application and integration needs.
  • Troubleshooting and Bug Resolution: Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve bugs using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and optimize integrations for speed and reliability.
  • Project Management: Handle high-pressure project situations by prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and maintaining quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • .NET and SQL Expertise: Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and SQL, including data exchange methods.
  • Bug Resolution and Debugging: Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex bugs using software development best practices.
  • Stress Management and Time Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage high-stress project deadlines.
  • Integration Patterns and APIs: Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data exchange methods.
  • Software Development Best Practices: Knowledge of software development best practices, version control (Git), and testing frameworks.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
  • CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Large-Scale Systems: Previous work on large-scale or mission-critical systems.
