Software Engineer Position

This is a highly skilled role that requires expertise in integration technologies and experience with financial technology and banking systems integration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions using WSO2, microservices, and Java/Spring Boot, as well as driving API governance and integration best practices.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading integration solutions using WSO2 API Manager and Enterprise/Micro Integrator.
  • Developing, optimizing, and managing APIs to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Creating custom mediation logic and advanced message transformations using WSO2 Integration Studio.
  • Overseeing system integration projects with secure and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborating with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Conducting training and knowledge transfer for team members.
  • Staying updated on emerging technologies and adopting innovative solutions.
  • Applying DevOps practices to development and deployment.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in IT integration.
  • Proven experience in financial technology and banking systems integration.
  • Hands-on expertise in WSO2 API Manager, Enterprise Integrator, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
  • A strong background in API governance and message transformation.

Nice to have skills include:

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure.
  • Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, event-driven integrations).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, bots, and BI tools.
