We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to execute monthly accounting close activities and prepare financial statements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly accounting close tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and analytics preparation.
  • Prepare and understand accounting entries for various financial activities, such as revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and liabilities management.
  • Conduct variance analysis for financial statement preparation and present findings to management.
  • Support the 10-Q and 10-K reporting process by preparing schedules and coordinating with internal and external auditors.
  • Collaborate with business partners to provide financial insights and relevant reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in accounting, with expertise in analyzing data, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • 3+ years of revenue experience with knowledge of ASC 606 Revenue Recognition and application of authoritative pronouncements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience in SOX control documentation and execution.
  • Strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and willingness to learn new tools.
