We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to oversee all financial activities and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.

Job Purpose

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for maintaining financial records in compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards. This role involves analysing financial information, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Internal Audit Support: Assist in internal audits, including planning, execution, and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational or large firm.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems, including SAP and Tally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
