Industrial IoT Solutions Engineer

This is a challenging role that requires expert sales professionals with a strong passion for IoT solutions. As an Industrial IoT Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial part in advancing our company's mission by promoting our comprehensive IoT portfolio, which includes Industrial Networking, Wireless, Security, and Cloud solutions.

  • Developing Consultative Sales Approach: You will be responsible for developing a consultative sales approach to promote our IoT solutions to customers and drive sales growth.
  • Providing Technical and Sales Support: You will provide technical and sales support to customers, including conducting technical presentations and assisting in sales plan and proposal development.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: You will collaborate closely with Cisco account teams, channel partners, and customers to drive sales growth and build robust IoT solutions. This role requires proven leadership skills, with experience in C-level executive engagement and strategic alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Presales Skills: You should have expertise in SD-WAN, DNAC, Catalyst Switching, Wireless, Meraki, ACI, and Nexus Switching, as well as technical presales skills in Data Centre, Collaboration, Security, or Smart City IOT architectures.
  • Leadership Experience: You should have at least 10 years of experience in selling IoT hardware or platforms, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and leading sophisticated technology pre-sales.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: You should have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with industry leaders and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
