Digital Product Manager Role


We are seeking a skilled and experienced product leader to design and develop an all-in-one digital platform that provides seamless customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build an integrated digital platform with end-to-end fulfillment journeys.
  • Create instant and digital experiences for customers across various needs.
  • Develop use cases to drive frequent customer engagement on the platform, incorporating tools for cross-selling and upselling based on customer lifecycle and behavior.
  • Design digital journeys for existing products through API services, ensuring seamless interactions with minimal manual intervention.
  • Develop new digital lending ecosystems to increase revenue opportunities.
  • Pursue partnerships with fintechs to establish new avenues for customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for control group approvals and go-to-market planning/executions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Relevant experience in Banking/Fintech or related fields.
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Age below 35 years.
