Job Title: Platform Development AmbassadorOur ideal candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:
  • Develop and oversee support procedures and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Lead a team of customer-facing professionals in addressing requests, resolving complaints, and providing training programs tailored to diverse learning styles.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to gain comprehensive knowledge of our platform, creating customized training curricula for various audiences.
  • Design and execute onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring they understand how to effectively utilize the platform features.
  • Regularly engage with customers, identify their concerns, and develop targeted training solutions to address these issues efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date training materials aligned with the latest platform updates and industry trends.
  • Assess and improve the performance of the support team through constructive feedback and necessary training adjustments.
