Supply Chain Management Specialist

As a Supply Chain Management Specialist, you will oversee end-to-end operations related to goods receipt, goods issue, and purchase orders within the SAP environment.

">

You will process receipts, match purchase order and invoice details, coordinate with stores and procurement teams, execute transactions, ensure correct material movement type usage, maintain accurate stock ledgers and inventory levels.

">

You will create and manage purchase requisitions based on departmental requirements, coordinate with user departments, track status, and ensure timely conversion to purchase orders.

">

Additionally, you will create, modify, and track purchase orders in SAP, coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams, monitor open purchase orders, and follow up for closures or changes.

You will generate reports on receipt, issue, and purchase order status, maintain documentation for audits and compliance, and manage minimum & maximum inventory.
