Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned e-commerce professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Operations Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring seamless execution of orders across multiple marketplaces.

You will work closely with our 3PL partners to coordinate logistics and inventory management, perform regular stock checks, and analyze performance data to inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree (any discipline)
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
  • Strong working knowledge of OMS and WMS platforms such as Shiprocket, Unicommerce, or similar
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners
  • Perform regular Stock on Hand (SOH) checks across all channels and maintain warehouse SOH reports
  • Track live/not-live stock status and ensure timely replenishment for assigned brands
  • Compile and maintain sales data; prepare and circulate brand-wise performance reports
