Job Opportunity

A forward-thinking organization is seeking an accomplished Chief Technology Officer to spearhead the development of its Learning Management System (LMS) and digital platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fractional capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tech Roadmap: Define and drive the technology strategy for the organization's 0–1 journey.
  • LMS Development: Oversee the design and implementation of the LMS platform and integrations.
  • Architecture Alignment: Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant architecture aligned with Edtech needs.
  • Technology Stack Evaluation: Assess and onboard the right technology stack, tools, and vendors.
  • Team Building: Establish and mentor an initial tech/product team.
  • Advisory Role: Advise on AI/ML, personalization, and data-driven features for learner experience.
  • Strategy Alignment: Align technology strategy with business goals, funding milestones, and scalability.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling digital platforms, preferably in Edtech, SaaS, or consumer tech.
  • Hands-on expertise in product architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, APIs, and integrations is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fractional/part-time capacity, balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills.
