Learning Solutions Developer

You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning solutions for employees worldwide. In collaboration with the Learning Consultant, you will co-develop the needed learning solution.

This may include creating interactive, educational, and engaging scripts, visuals, and online courses using various digital media solutions. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts and often collaborate with external suppliers to produce high-quality content.

Main Responsibilities:

  • In co-development with the Learning Consultant, develop the needed learning solution.
  • Design interactive, educational, and engaging scripts, visuals, and online courses.
  • Create e-learnings using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and internal subject matter experts or trainers while developing online courses.
  • Project manage the development in terms of activities and resources, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and adjust existing online courses based on quality guidelines, evaluation results, and reported issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to think critically and work independently.
  • Proven skills and knowledge in learning and development.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience working as a learning course developer in a complex and international technical environment.
  • Experience in working with e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe, as well as digital media editing tools.
  • Able to work efficiently with team members.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven project management skills.
