Learning Solutions Expert
The Learning Solutions Expert will lead the design, delivery and orchestration of cutting-edge learning solutions. This role combines consulting expertise with instructional design excellence to ensure impactful outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Technical Leadership:
- Design and develop learning solutions integrating assessment methodologies, instructional design principles and innovative technologies.
- Translate narrative scripts and complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
- Drive visualization and design consistency across all learning materials.
- Evaluate solutions against client business context and goals.
- Client Management & Delivery:
- Lead large, complex client engagements involving multiple portfolios.
- Manage project delivery teams, timelines and budgets while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Oversee content development workflows including production and quality assurance.
- Develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders positioning as a trusted advisor.
- Business Development & Growth:
- Partner with account teams to shape and execute account expansion strategies.
- Design and propose high-impact learning solutions.
- Identify opportunities to innovate learning solutions and expand consulting services.
- Team Leadership & Capability Building:
- Mentor and develop consultants in consulting, instructional design and client management capabilities.
- Mobilize resources across workstreams fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Buid organizational capability in emerging learning technologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in learning & development consulting, instructional design or enterprise education.
- Proven experience managing complex client engagements and delivering enterprise-level learning solutions.
- Expertise in instructional design, competency frameworks and digital learning platforms.
- Professional certifications in instructional design, learning technologies or consulting (preferred).
