**Job Title:** AI and Machine Learning Specialist

We are seeking an expert in artificial intelligence and machine learning to lead our team in the development and implementation of innovative solutions using IBM Watson.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Architectural Solutions: Ensure seamless integration and scalability by overseeing the implementation of architectural solutions from conception to delivery.
  • Guide Engineering Teams: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and successfully guide engineering teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Apply a problem-solving mindset with attention to detail to overcome complex challenges and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:
  • Degree Requirements: Hold a degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Programming Skills: Proficient in Python and Java, with experience in agile software development.
  • Project Management Tools: Skilled in using Jira, Git, Aha, and other project management tools.
  • Effective Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Team Experience: Proven ability to work with large teams distributed across geographical locations and time zones.
