Patent Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Patent Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent law, excellent technical expertise in Electronics, Computer Science, or IT, and the ability to effectively represent clients in complex patent disputes.

The role requires strong litigation experience before courts, with a proven track record of success. Our team is looking for an attorney who can manage client relationships, communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and strategy, and stay updated with developments in patent law and procedural rules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing clients in patent litigation matters before various courts
  • Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
  • Assisting senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation, including discovery, deposition preparation, and trial support
  • Managing client relationships and communicating effectively with clients regarding case status and strategy
  • Staying updated with developments in patent law and procedural rules

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
  • Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction and in good standing
  • 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation
  • Strong familiarity with patent law and procedures
  • Experience with High Court procedures and litigation processes
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
