Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supreme Court Lawyer specializing in Family Law, based in Delhi, India. The lawyer will be responsible for representing clients in family law cases, attending court hearings, providing expert legal advice, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and conducting thorough research.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in family law cases before the Supreme Court of India
  • Attend court hearings and provide expert guidance
  • Draft legal documents and negotiate agreements
  • Conduct comprehensive research and stay updated with current laws and regulations related to family law in India
  • Maintain close working relationships with clients and colleagues

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Family Law, including litigation and advisory
  • Strong skills in research, document drafting, and negotiation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to empathize with clients and understand their needs
  • Sound knowledge of current laws and regulations related to family law in India
  • Experience in representing clients in the Supreme Court of India is highly valued
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is highly preferred
  • Membership in the Bar Council of India
