Senior Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and ensure strategic growth in the premium windows market.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction. They will be responsible for developing and managing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models, as well as advising leadership on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis.

This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual with excellent communication and presentation skills. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives and contribute to shaping financial systems and culture from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities

  • Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive business growth.
  • Accounting & Compliance: Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Procurement & Cost Control: Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to track material costs and vendor payments, implementing cost control measures across supply chain and manufacturing units.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards to support strategic decisions and performance reviews.
  • Systems & Process Improvement: Recommend and implement financial systems to streamline documentation and approval workflows for finance-related processes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Candidate must possess a CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA qualification.
  • Detailed knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, Tally/SAP.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
