As a seasoned digital marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies to enhance our online presence across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities include: managing social media platforms to ensure consistent branding, tone, and engagement; collaborating with the production team to plan, create, and schedule content, including reels, posts, stories, and promotional campaigns; monitoring analytics and adjusting strategies to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth; identifying, pitching, and securing collaborations with brands, institutions, and organizations aligned with our values and audience; negotiating and managing deals to ensure mutual benefits and successful execution; building and maintaining relationships with PR teams, agencies, and brand representatives; designing campaigns to promote our workshops and courses in colleges, institutions, and online platforms; organizing and coordinating outreach efforts, including speaking engagements, partnerships, and events; working with our founder to explore innovative ways to expand our influence and enrollment; and staying updated on trends in filmmaking, beauty, and influencer marketing to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Proven experience in social media management, marketing, or influencer relations

• Strong understanding of content creation processes and digital marketing strategies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of filmmaking, beauty, or education industries is a plus

• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content scheduling software
