The Cluster Head is a strategic leader responsible for driving business expansion and growth in the cluster to achieve top-line and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy through a team of asset desk managers to achieve profitable growth of Retail Assets and Small Business Banking products.
  • Establish budgets, targets, and provide guidance to asset desk managers in preparing business plans for their respective areas.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers in collaboration with asset desk managers to generate business from branches.
  • Ensure monthly target achievement with a healthy product mix by ADM mapped branches.
  • Review and monitor performance of asset desk managers for ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Ensure compliance of all processes according to bank's policies, including timely action on internal and statutory audit observations.
  • Coach and mentor high-potential talent to develop them for higher responsibilities.
  • Fulfill manpower needs to implement business expansion in the cluster.

For this role, we are looking for an experienced professional with:

Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree from a recognized institute.
  • 10-15 years of experience in a relevant role or BFSI sector.
Role Proficiencies:
  • Knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trends.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
  • Ability to manage complex client situations.
  • Ability to manage risk and uncertainty within a dynamic priority-setting environment.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to coach and mentor others.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
