The Role

We're seeking a founding Head of Engineering to shape our technical vision and scale our product. You'll work directly with the founder to build and mentor our engineering team while driving key technical decisions.

Core Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture.
• Build and mentor the engineering team.
• Drive our Chrome extension infrastructure and video processing.
• Make key decisions on our tech stack and tooling.
• Partner with the founder on R&D strategy.

Technical Challenges

• Scale video processing infrastructure.
• Optimize Chrome extension performance.
• Build real-time collaboration features.
• Design systems for enterprise scalability.
• Integrate AI for automated demo creation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong experience with modern web technologies.
• Track record of leading technical teams.
• Excellence in written communication.
• Experience with video processing (bonus).
• Chrome extension development (bonus).
