Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic product ideas with the CEO and Product teams, focusing on campaign automation, predictive optimization, and real-time analytics.

  • Lead cross-functional teams: engineers, AI/ML experts, DevOps, and QA, instilling a culture of execution, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with founders, investors, clients, and sales teams to align tech priorities with business goals.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Proven experience in software engineering, ideally with leadership roles at product or SaaS companies.
  • Strong understanding of AdTech/MarTech platforms, including experience building tools for digital advertising.
  • Deep expertise in backend systems, cloud computing, API integration, and modern tech stacks.
  • Solid experience with AI/ML applications in digital marketing, including campaign automation and media mix modeling.
  • Startup mindset, comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
