Digital Banking UI Designer

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of digital banking. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the UI design process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Create prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows.
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate user research and insights into actionable design solutions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon design solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in UI design for web and mobile applications, preferably in the fintech or banking industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
