About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) developer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing and extending OBDX applications using Java, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize features on the OBDX platform based on business requirements.
  • Work with OBDX extension framework to implement UI/UX changes using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Develop and integrate backend services using Java, REST APIs, and SOAP interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize OBDX performance in collaboration with infrastructure and database teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital banking initiatives.
  • Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with security policies.
  • Participate in deployment and release activities using CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working on Oracle OBDX (10.x or 12.x).
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and AngularJS for UI enhancements.
  • Experience in OBDX Extension Framework and creating custom widgets.
  • Familiarity with OBDX deployment architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of OAuth, SAML, SSO, and banking-grade security best practices.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Oracle FLEXCUBE or other core banking systems integration.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes/Docker and cloud platforms like OCI, AWS, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of mobile banking frameworks and responsive design.
