Government Sales Head Position

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our government sales efforts and drive business growth in the public sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in government sales and project management, with a strong understanding of hardware and infrastructure solutions.

Job Description:

The Government Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets for hardware infrastructure and industry infrastructure projects. This includes identifying new business opportunities within the government sectors, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, and ensuring high conversion rates.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic plans tailored for government clients.
  • Government Procurement Management: Oversee bidding processes, respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCNA) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 -20 years of experience in Government sales and project management within the hardware and infrastructure as industry as concern.
  • Technical Background: Strong technical background in CCTV surveillance, Hardware & Networking, data center infrastructure and @ICT projects.
