Key Responsibilities- Production Planning: Develop and implement detailed schedules to keep track of manufacturing timelines, ensuring that production targets are met.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse and technical team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
- Quality Control: Ensure that end products meet the highest quality standards, identifying and resolving issues quickly, and developing creative solutions to improve product quality.
- Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of machines and equipment, minimizing downtime due to technical issues.
- Reporting and Documentation: Provide accurate and timely production reports to senior managers, maintaining accurate documentation for each dispatch.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, planning, problem-solving, and quality assurance skills. They should have knowledge of sampling, inspection, and process control methods, as well as experience with Auto Cad 2D and M.S Office software. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with machine operations, including Double Mitre Profile Cutting, Drilling, Milling, Glass Cutting, Vacuum/Membrane Press, Panel Saw, Sanding, Edge polish and beveling, vinyl cutting, and Digital Printing Machines.
