Job Overview:

Sigmoid seeks a skilled and organized Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office facilities. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in facilities management and administration.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, monitoring infrastructure, and coordinating with vendors. You will also be responsible for inventory management, event support, and health & safety protocols. Additionally, you will act as the point of contact for employees' facilities-related concerns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Operations:
    • Manage daily operations of office facilities, including cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and service standards.
    • Plan and manage office seating arrangements and allocations based on business requirements.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and service contracts, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Oversight procurement and inventory management of office supplies and consumables.
  • Event Support:
    • Provide logistical support for internal events, including setting up meeting rooms and managing event-specific requirements.
  • Health & Safety:
    • Ensure implementation of health and safety protocols.
    • Conduct periodic audits and drills to ensure emergency preparedness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Act as the point of contact for employees' facilities-related concerns and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in facilities & administration management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
  • Ability to handle emergencies and make quick decisions.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and data security.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and requirements.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹8,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
