About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Facilities and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end facility and administration operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and conducive working environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee facility and administration operations, including security, transport, budgeting, compliance, and process management.
  • Ensure zero facility downtime and maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of administrative staff and third-party service providers.
  • Handle travel and logistics management independently or with support from the broader admin org.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure high-quality service delivery within defined timelines; negotiate contracts and manage invoices.
  • Manage all facility functions such as office maintenance, housekeeping, transportation, security services, and office build-outs.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience: 4-10 years in facilities and administration management, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Skills: Strong people management, decision-making, and crisis management skills; experience working with remote teams is a plus.
  • Competencies: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently handle emergencies and day-to-day operations.
  • Mindset: Proactive problem solver who thrives in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (approximately $15,400 - $23,100 USD), based on location and experience.
