Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the clinic, handling customer inquiries, and providing assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain clinic hygiene as per company standards.
  • Refill office and stationery requirements, and maintain actual bills for submission to the finance team.
  • Ensure accurate recording of patient information, including registration forms and courier tracking.
  • Co-ordinate with the sales team and audiologists to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in promotional activities, such as outreach programs and camps, to increase revenue generation.
  • Ensure timely completion of reports and submission to the relevant teams.

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn internal software systems.

Working Hours:

08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
