Tableau Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Support Engineer to join our team.

As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and services to ensure the smooth operation of our Tableau-based applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux, with at least 3 years of experience in maintenance, operations, and support. Additionally, they should have experience working with SQL and GIT, as well as good hands-on experience in Tableau and OBIEE.

Key responsibilities include health checking application server monitoring, escalating critical issues, delivering services to agreed service levels, and participating in discretionary projects and engineering tasks.

You will also work closely with our patching team to evaluate and recommend products to improve service availability, manage installations and software upgrades, and deliver reporting on Linux performance metrics.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills.

Required Skills:

  • Linux: At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, operations, and support
