About the job :Tableau software, data modeling, SQL, data visualization, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Experience - 2 to 4 YearsWe are seeking a Data Visualization Specialist with expertise in Tableau, SQL, and data modeling to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to transform complex data sets into meaningful insights, design effective dashboards, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Hands-on experience with Tableau software (desktop and server/online).- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying, data manipulation, and optimization.- Experience in data modeling, schema design, and ETL concepts.- Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings in simple business terms.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar).- Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical tools for advanced analysis.- Familiarity with business intelligence practices and data governance frameworks.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.- Tableau certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Certified Data Analyst) is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
