Job Opportunity: Tableau Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure application servers are running optimally at all times.
  • Elevate critical issues according to established protocols.
  • Deliver services within agreed service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with the patching team to evaluate and recommend products that enhance service availability.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and be available for out-of-hours work as required.
  • Contribute to discretionary projects and engineering tasks as agreed upon.
  • Develop and automate service processes and procedures.
  • Manage software installations and upgrades to ensure all services are current and compliant with licensing requirements.
  • Configure and operate Linux services effectively.
  • Provide reporting on Linux performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of Linux experience in maintenance, operations, and support.
  • Supervise alerts related to application and system procedures, providing proactive services.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with SQL.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with GIT.
Preferred Skills:
  • Good hands-on experience in Tableau/OBIEE.
  • Good hands-on experience in DynaTrace.
