Job Title: Cloud Support Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving alignment between internal teams and client needs. They will lead efforts to ensure seamless support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute projects and initiatives with senior team members, utilizing effective communication skills to drive success.
  • Coordinate meetings, document interactions, and track next steps to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Employ diligent follow-up and follow-through on tasks to maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Design, update, and present project plans to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clear expectations.
  • Organize work to achieve positive outcomes and promote the use of agile work management processes.
  • Facilitate regular sprints for assigned teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Help team members prioritize their workload and foster a healthy team environment by empowering, motivating, and building trust.
  • Set goals for team members and present weekly progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Exercise control over the work management process to adapt and course correct with agility.
  • Identify areas for improvement, plan, and execute improvement items to enhance overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Industry-accepted certifications in management space.
  • Familiarity with products used by financial institutions in similar spaces.
  • Multiple years of experience working with customers and partners.
  • Domain knowledge of banking and financial institutions or large enterprise IT environments.
  • Experience leading techno-functional discussions with clients and knowledge of cloud concepts.
  • Agile, Scrum experience.
  • Experience with process methodologies used in software industry.
  • Good understanding of Java-based technical implementations, deployments, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong database concepts and Microsoft Office skills.
