Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cloud product team, you will be responsible for deploying, managing, and operating scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant architectures.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in public cloud infrastructure management and a strong background in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. They will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of networking concepts, and hands-on experience with configuration management tools like Terraform and Ansible.

The successful candidate will be able to translate application requirements into cloud architecture/infrastructure, deploy and manage scalable systems, and troubleshoot distributed systems. They will also have a good understanding of security best practices, including IAM policies and roles, SSL, KMS, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency with any public cloud with core infrastructure services (AWS, Microsoft Azure Services, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in public cloud infrastructure management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, Active Directory, firewalls)
  • Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal and collaborative skills
