  • Health, Safety & Compliance:
    • Ensure the fitness club operates in full compliance with local, state, and industry health regulations, including sanitation standards, emergency protocols, and staff certification.
    • Implement and monitor safety procedures across all areas, minimizing risk and protecting members and staff.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate documentation of all club activities for audit, continuity, and institutional reporting purposes.
    • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders, including the club president, managing committee, and management team.
