Role Overview:

This is a full-time role where you will touch every part of marketing: influencer outreach, PR drops, email campaigns, events, and growth tracking. As a Marketing Executive, you will own influencer marketing end-to-end: research, outreach, seeding, tracking, and reporting.

  • Influencer Management: Research, outreach, seeding, tracking, and reporting on influencer partnerships
  • Product Launches: Support the launch of new products through digital, offline, and partnership-based campaigns
  • Email/WhatsApp Campaigns: Draft, schedule, and track email/WhatsApp campaigns to engage with customers and promote our products
  • Public Relations: Assist with media list building, PR drops, coverage tracking, and other public relations efforts
  • Brand Partnerships: Help with collaborations with lifestyle clubs, cafes, gyms, and other relevant businesses
  • Campaign Performance: Create basic campaign reports and performance dashboards to measure the success of our marketing efforts
  • New Ideas: Work directly with the founder on new campaign ideas to stay ahead of the competition

What We Are Looking For:

  • Marketing Expertise: 0-2 years of experience in marketing (internships count)
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptionally organized: you love lists, spreadsheets, and deadlines
  • Creativity: Resourceful and creative: you figure things out quickly
  • Adaptability: Comfortable wearing multiple hats (some days influencers, some days events, some days reporting)
  • Beauty Knowledge: Excited about beauty and pop culture: you know what's trending
  • Start-Up Environment: Thrive in a start-up environment: fast-paced, scrappy, no two days the same
