Job Title:

A seasoned Project Manager is sought to spearhead the Automated Clearing House (ACH) initiative.

  • The role entails overseeing end-to-end project management for ACH clearing house operations, encompassing application upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations.
  • Collaboration with banks, financial institutions, internal teams, and vendors is essential to ensure seamless and accurate ACH processing in compliance with NACHA and other payment file format standards.
  • Close liaison with technical teams will be required to facilitate integration, testing, and validation of ACH and check clearing file formats (NACHA, X9, ISO 20022, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables to guarantee successful execution.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including bank users, technical teams, and external vendors, to align on requirements and resolve issues.
  • Conduct impact assessments, prepare project documentation, and ensure adherence to governance and audit standards.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Promote process improvements, risk mitigation strategies, and best practices in ACH operations and payment systems.

  • Proven track record in project management, preferably in a similar field.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment systems, ACH operations, and related technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
