Quality Assurance Manager

We're seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of progressive QA/QC experience in major construction projects, with significant work on large-scale projects such as high-rise buildings, hotels, airports, etc.

  • Career Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Experience: 15+ years of QA/QC experience in major construction projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use).
    • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of establishing and upholding quality standards in construction. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large QA/QC teams.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Define Quality Standards: Define and implement QA/QC standards for defect detection and annotation that align with international best practices.
    • Lead QA Teams: Lead, mentor, and manage the QA/QC annotation team.
    • Train & Develop: Develop comprehensive training programs and continuous education initiatives for annotation specialists and quality inspectors.
    • Process Excellence: Establish and document clear annotation protocols, review mechanisms, and escalation procedures for complex or ambiguous defect cases.
