About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Manager to join our organization in Hubli, India. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for strengthening systems and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Process Documentation: Ensure company processes are documented, updated, and consistently followed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in operations, quality, or process excellence (manufacturing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or ISO standards.
- Excellent communication skills to engage management and shopfloor teams.
