Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage a dedicated team aligned to specific customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

  • The role requires handling of a dedicated Team to ensure improved ATM uptime for MS customers.
  • Define Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the team and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Engage with customers on a continuous basis to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental efforts to ensure smooth progress of projects requiring multiple stakeholder involvement.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and determine ways to motivate or improve it.
  • Track team performance closely and drive operational efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives and participate in team projects that enhance help desk service quality or efficiency.
  • Have a data-driven approach to identify improvement opportunities, quantify impact, and devise ways to control performance leakages for both customers and operations.
  • Identify training needs for the team and conduct timely refresher trainings to ensure complete process and product related compliance.
  • Ensure internal and customer reports are vetted, audited, and delivered periodically without interruptions.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Graduate from any stream with good practical hands-on experience in MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
  • Preferably 5 years of industry experience in ATM operations.
  • Excellent Soft skills, Presentation skills, and Interpersonal skills are essential.
