Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and support enterprise-level Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows Systems Administration and Support, with expertise in managing and maintaining Windows Server environments.

This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, as well as excellent communication and documentation skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and supporting Windows Server environments, managing VMware infrastructure, and providing 2nd-level technical support for escalated tickets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Windows Systems Administration and Support, with a strong understanding of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, GPO, and DNS/DHCP. Proficiency in VMware administration (vSphere, vCenter) is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on experience with patching and remote management tools, as well as familiarity with SQL Server support at infrastructure level.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Windows Systems Administration and Support
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, GPO, and DNS/DHCP
  • Proficiency in VMware administration (vSphere, vCenter)
  • Hands-on experience with patching and remote management tools
  • Familiarity with SQL Server support at infrastructure level
