Job Title: Enterprise Systems Administrator

Seeking a skilled and experienced systems administrator to manage and maintain our enterprise systems, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the security and integrity of all managed devices by patching Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS-es, Microsoft Office, and third-party applications.
  • Develop and deploy Windows 10 images for new installations and re-imaged devices, ensuring consistency and efficiency in image management.
  • Manage the lifecycle of Windows 10 images, including maintenance, updates, and additions/removals of software and settings.
  • Utilize SCCM to manage adjacent Microsoft services, such as Office365, Adobe, and other third-party catalogs/updates, Windows Hello for Business, BitLocker provisioning, Edge, and Microsoft Defender.
  • Design and deploy medium to large-scale SCCM environments, including single-tier and multi-tier sites, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Develop, standardize, and implement Microsoft SCCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Create and import applications and packages within SCCM, streamlining the application management process.
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge in inventory management, software distribution, patch management, and image management using SCCM and Intune.
  • Sound knowledge of various imaging engines and Windows 10 imaging technology.
  • Excellent working knowledge of SCCM 2016, including custom scripting for inventory gathering and client management.
  • Able to resolve escalated tasks from Level 2 teams and create/import applications and packages within SCCM.
  • Knowledge of SCCM Client management Suit all Levels.
