ServiceNow Administrator

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Administrator. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in administering the ServiceNow platform within a large enterprise setting and a proven track record of leading multiple major platform implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document and implement best practices across various areas such as User and Group Administration, Implementation procedures, System upgrades, Performance monitoring, In-platform reports, dashboards, and Advanced scripting for automation.
Required Experience:
  • At least 7 years of experience in administering the ServiceNow platform with a minimum of 10,000 users.
  • Proven expertise in core ITSM and CMDB, along with proficiency in modules like ITOM, ITAM, and GRC.
  • Deep knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript, Glide, and Angular JS for automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement complex integrations with both 1P and 3P enterprise platforms using various API tools.
