We are seeking an experienced enterprise-level Windows server administrator to manage and support complex environments with deep expertise in Windows Server administration, virtualization technologies, Active Directory, and system performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Administering, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).
  • Performing L3 support for complex incidents and providing resolution for escalated issues.
  • Managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and File/Print Services.
  • Overseeing Windows Cluster management, Failover, and High Availability solutions.
  • Maintaining and optimizing VMware/Hyper-V virtualization environments.
  • Performing patch management, OS upgrades, and server hardening.
  • Conducting performance monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery activities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for infrastructure projects and migrations.
  • Implementing backup, recovery, and security best practices for Windows servers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Windows Server / Wintel Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS (2012/2016/2019/2022) administration.
  • Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
  • Experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, or Hyper-V virtualization.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and server management.
  • Hands-on experience with patch management, security hardening, and clustering.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for L3-level escalations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Azure / AWS Windows workloads and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery tools like Veeam, Commvault, or similar.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Exposure to monitoring tools like SCOM, SolarWinds, or Nagios
