Market Research and Product Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our market research and product development initiatives. As a Market Research and Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of market research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market research initiatives to drive product development across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D with customer needs, fostering innovation and growth
  • Identify emerging trends and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies, enhancing the company's competitive edge
  • Support product launches and technical presentations for industrial clients, ensuring seamless communication
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end-users in the region, driving business growth and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred) or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or R&D roles within manufacturing or tooling sectors
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present findings effectively
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories, adapting to new environments and challenges
